Mental Health Recovery

For many people, the concept of recovery is about staying in control of their life despite experiencing a mental health problem. Professionals in the mental health sector often refer to the ‘recovery model’ to describe this way of thinking. Putting recovery into action means focusing care on supporting recovery and building the resilience of people with mental health problems, not just on treating or managing their symptoms.

Community Based Floating Support

Penrose have a range of integrated support services, with emphasis on prevention, early intervention and integration for people who are at risk of losing their independence.

The service is for adults with support needs arising from acting on their sexual impulses, criminal or violent behaviour all linked to their personality disorder which risks harm or damage to themselves or others.

Criminal Justice Service

Penrose has been delivering effective Criminal Justice Services for over 40 years. In the last year we supported over 6500 offenders in London alone. From this work we know that too many prisoners leave custody without a job, training and/or a place to live.
