Holman House is commissioned by Bedford Borough Council to deliver housing related support services for people with mental health problems. The aim of our service is to provide a short term service to enable clients to recover, stabilise and manage their mental health, develop or rebuild their independent living skills, engage with other key services within the locality and access suitable intermediate or long term housing.
Our 19 bed property offers a safe, peaceful and supportive living environment for individuals wanting to engage with support to increase their levels of independence.
Our support programme is led by the individual and co-ordinated with support staff and external agencies. We work with our Service Users to create personalised support plans using the Recovery Star system and record and measure
