Care Quality Commission three star service

The registered care facility of our Forensic Intensive Psychological Treatment Service (FIPTS) is the latest service to achieve a three star excellent rating with the Care Quality Commission during the year. Our award winning New Hope high support service was awarded a three star excellent rating last year. A rating of excellent means that the service has demonstrated a proven record for providing high quality care over a sustained period; all of Penrose’s registered care facilities now have excellent ratings.
