Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA)
The service provision cover the 6 London boroughs of Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey, Islington and Westminster.

Key aims and objectives:

  • To provide a high quality floating support service for service users whose primary presenting problem is the sustainment of their tenancy with associated offending behaviour patterns


  • To assist service users in managing and maintaining their own tenancies across different tenures


  • To support service users living in their own homes, but who are in danger of losing it


  • To support service users in managing their offending behaviour


  • To support service users who are moving into mainstream housing from supported housing to manage the transition and continue to develop their independence and reduce the possibility of loss of home.


  • To provide advice on housing benefits budgeting, debt management , housing issues, training, health, nutrition and substance misuse


  • To undertake advocacy work on behalf of service users


  • To work closely with the participating local authority housing services to enable people with histories of offending to access the range of independent and supported housing available
