Impact
Our work means nothing unless it has a positive impact on the people we help and the communities they live in. We aim to stay in touch with our service users to measure the impact we're having, and to make sure they can pass on their knowledge to younger people like them too.

We measure our impact through:

  • Recidivism data
  • Engagement in centre-based programmes
  • Engagement in ETE related partner agencies
  • Engagement in mainstream community services
  • The number of people with experience of the mental health and forensic system who are employed in the service
  • The public's attitude towards marginalised groups
Advantages are - they leave me alone when I need to be left alone. When asked about issues I'm able to give my side of the story. Staff are doing a good job.
