Health
Being deprived of your freedom is bad for your health. Mental health problems often can go undiagnosed while offenders are in prison, and after they leave it too. We can help people make informed choices about their health and take control of their health care. Our work in this area won the 2007 Transport for London Creative Solutions award.

We promote good health by:

  • Providing regular sports and leisure activities
  • Encouraging financial health by providing advice on debt and welfare
  • Valuing the link between cultural identity and wellbeing by celebrating faith and cultural events
  • Promoting the value of the arts in developing healthy and inclusive communities
  • Empowering people to take control of their own health by registering with a GP and maintaining appointments and regular check ups
I have problems with addiction, anything that helps stop the cravings is good, and Penrose really help.
