Opening doors, Changing Lives
our services
Lambeth - Focus
This is a large project that consists of a number of small residential homes, as well as floating support. The service provides stabilisation and rehabilitative support to tenants with high levels of co-morbidity, including severe and enduring mental illness, personality disorder and poly drug use, a history of serious offending, and/or multiple social needs who represent a risk to themselves and/or the public.

The service provides good quality housing, social care and flexible around the clock support to address tenant’s rehabilitation needs. It aims to help them learn or relearn practical skills and coping strategies to live independently, maximising their resettlement potential in the community.

There are 2 levels of support provided. The high support unit provides 24 hour staffing, 7 days a week; whilst the low support units provide support on a flexible basis between the hours of 9am to 8pm. The staff team work with a dedicated clinical multi-disciplinary in-reach team from the South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation trust based at Lambeth hospital.

The service provides support to both forensic and non-forensic tenants. Support is tailored to people’s needs and risks and includes additional activities designed to facilitate relapse prevention and access to education, training and employment.
