 Job title: Trustee- Treasurer

 We are looking for an exceptional person to join our Board of Trustees as Treasurer. The Treasurer is an important member of the Board and chairs the Finance Risk and Audit Committee (FRAC), providing advice and guidance to the Board on the financial health of the organisation. 

This is an unpaid position that requires a minimum annual attendance of 6 Board meetings and 4 FRAC meetings; plus one annual Away Day.  In addition the Treasurer will have regular meetings / discussions with the Director of Finance. We are particularly looking for somebody with a combination of the following skills:
·           Professionally qualified Accountant
·           Good knowledge of Charity and Corporate Law
·           Board Experience
