A society that works with Ex-Offenders and people recovering from mental ill-health and substance misuse to ensure their resettlement and reintegration.

Penrose Mission

To significantly reduce recidivism and relapse amongst repeat Offenders, substance misusers and the long-term mentally ill to create safer communities and create viable alternatives to prison and in-patient care.
