Penrose Service Managers ensure high quality evidence-based outcomes for service users and create a climate in which service growth, improvement and development and surplus targets are constantly exceeded.

They manage operationally, a designated range of services, within budget and in a context of full cost recovery.

They contribute to the scrutiny and reviews of Penrose performance and oversee the implementation of agreed service improvements.

They ensure the continuing relevance and viability of services for the needs of local communities by developing effective partnerships with purchasers and developing new and existing services within the Area.
