Projects for mental health & wellbeing

Lewisham - Jigsaw I Lewisham - New Hope I Lambeth - FIPTS I Lambeth - Focus

Four in ten people will suffer from a mental health illness or disorder at some point in their life. So many people are trapped in a cycle of repeat and enduring mental breakdown and hospital admission. We offer mental health services that help people break the cycle, nurture good mental health, plan and progress safe support pathways into living independently.

We have over 40 years experience in providing services that support people with mental illness and personality disorders to regain confidence and engage in society and working life.

We work in partnership to ensure we provide integrated and flexible care pathways across every stage of mental health pathways, prioritising vulnerable adults, working towards recovery and public protection.

What services are available?

We deliver care and support in our domiciliary registered care homes and also offer community-based floating support in people’s homes. Our non-judgemental services do not stigmatise and are Servicer User centred.
We provide:

• One-to-one Key Workers, selected to match the needs of the Service User
• Self-help group work
• Stress management
• Techniques to deal with anger management
• Advocacy
• Carer support
• Community support
• Residential recovery units
• Crisis intervention
• Relapse support
• Employment training
• Specialist forensic services

The road to recovery

We are able to support people in the community who would otherwise remain in hospital due to lack of an alternative. We provide safe, secure and stable accommodation, support, mental health management and medication monitoring. We encourage Service Users to take personal responsibility for their health and wellbeing.

We support everyone regardless of the severity of their mental illness, chaotic substance misuse or offending history. We focus on individual needs, goals and potential, allowing for greater self-confidence, medication management and understanding of needs in order to decrease the level of support required.

I like the support. It helps me feel calm.
