Designed to support single males aged over 18 with a history of offending, this project provides quality support from four locations.
This project provides intensive support for adult males as they adjust to life and help find re-entry routes into society. The project provides transitional housing, that combines a place to stay with other services such as job counselling and search, motivational techniques, behavioural therapies, rethink programmes which are key in helping ex-offenders change their lives. The service works with our tenants to monitor and reduce the behaviours that lead to re-offending and anti-social behaviour, thereby reducing convictions and custodial sentences.
Working with Probation and Lambeth’s Joint Probation Housing & Housing Assessment worker, we provide housing related and resettlement support to ensure that each person receives an integrated and continuous package of support. All our service users get a tailored package of support to enable them to access local employment, training or education.
