Floating and residential support
We deliver flexible, personalised interventions through our floating support, and supported housing and domiciliary care homes. They are delivered on a 1:1 basis, by attending training modules, and they can attend group work, Personal Assistant and key workers are available for all home visits, support planning and coordination. Our models are based on and achieve the CLG outcomes of:
• Financial Health - income, benefits, debt (including street debt), paid work
• Quality of Life/Achievement - training, education, use of time, family, childcare, social life
• Being Healthy – substance / alcohol misuse, non-prescription drug / alcohol use, harm minimisation prescribed medication and treatment use of services, physical, emotional well being
• Staying Safe - lifestyle, street debt, home security, tenancy sustainment, moving on, managing risk
• Positive Contribution to the Community - coping with MOJ supervision / MH orders, positive socialisation, anger and violent behaviour, family, community involvement, voluntary work, employment
Our model of flexible working ensures an excellent track record of supporting people who are high risk of re-offending or relapsing, losing their tenancies, be unemployed and possible harm to themselves and those that have complex multiple needs.
