Gill ArukpeChief Executive Gill has over 20 years experience at a senior level within mostly national 3rd sector organisations. Gill has delivered and improved services for vulnerable people, both residential and non-residential. She has a wealth of development experience and transfer of services from statutory to voluntary provision. Gill joined Penrose in 2009 and has developed a new culture of change choice and achieving continued improvement within the organisation. |

Martin DalbyDirector of Business and Finance Martin has very broad experience of financial management and accounting, practical financial strategic knowledge and leadership. He has many years’ experience working in supported housing and care provision for other third sector organisations and housing associations. He qualified as an accountant whilst in private practice and subsequently gained an MBA whilst in the commercial sector. |

Diana HamiltonDirector of Operations and Performance Diana began her career in the London Borough of Brent in 1980, where she worked in the Housing service. In 1997 Diana became Director of Housing at Watford Council with responsibility for over 5000 council homes. Diana moved to Novas in 2002 as Group Director of Operations. Diana joined Penrose in 2004 as Director of Operations and has overseen the development of an effective business support infrastructure and achievement of accreditation awards from our commissioners. |

Mark HutchingsHR Director Mark has worked in both the Public and Private sectors during his 20 years in Human Resources, holding senior HR positions in both blue chip multi-nationals and smaller fledgling Plcs. He has an interest in Corporate Social Responsibility and the potential opportunities these partnerships can bring. Mark holds a Master Degree in Human Resources, a post-graduate Diploma in Business & Finance and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. Mark joined Penrose in 2009. |
