Job description:

Penrose Wembley Hub

Working in partnership with the London Community Rehabilitation Company (CRC) and MTCNovo, our service supports adult males sentenced to under 12 months to resettle into the community and to break the cycle of offending.

We provide guidance and support with a wide range of issues, from accommodation to training to financial advice as well as signposting our clients to relevant services in their area.

About the role:

We are looking for a focused individual who will be committed to the values and aims of the service and who is able to maintain the smooth-running of a small site. The role will be at front of house in a small and friendly office environment receiving colleagues, partners and service users in person and by phone. The successful applicant will be organised and professional as well as approachable and helpful.

The role will be based in our Hub in Wembley Park. As a new starter you will receive a week-long induction process which will introduce you to what our service and our parent organisation does. Penrose is committed to continual professional training and development, supervisions and appraisals.
