Penrose New Hope

Penrose New Hope is a 24 hour resettlement support service for male adults with a mental diagnosis and offending history. The service is based in New Cross, London SE 14 and is CQC registered.

About the role:

Penrose New Hope is now seeking to appoint a Forensic Mental Health Recovery Workers for its service on a 37.5 hour shift basis. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that service users are reintegrated into the community as well as, be keeping an up to date record of service user support and risk management plans. You will also liaise with referral agencies and ensure that vacancies are filled within an appropriate timescale. Alongside this you will ensure that service users are aware of their rights and responsibilities regarding welfare and benefits. You will also assist the Service Manager in managing health & safety, maintenance, rent/charges collection, arrears and void control across the team.
