Shift pattern: Early & Late, Night, and Week End on a Rota Basis
We work with our Service Users to develop their own recovery plan based around the SLaM and Lambeth support recovery model and Recovery Star. We enable this through a range of support programmes and work collaboratively with other organisations within the borough to help our Service Users to reintegrate into the community.
About the role:
FOCUS in Lynette/Cavendish is now seeking to appoint a Complex Needs Recovery Worker on a 37.5 hour shift basis. In this role you will be for interviewing potential service users to assess their suitability and identify potential risks. You will also liaise with referral agencies and ensuring that vacancies are filled within an appropriate time scales and in-line with Penrose’s Referral Policy and void targets are met. Additionally you will plan and co-ordinate individual recovery and resettlement packages for the Service User liaising with the appropriate agencies and care professionals to ensure successful delivery of the plans.
